Asphalt Parking Lot Installation

A parking lot is infrastructure, not landscaping. It carries delivery trucks, fire lanes, and hundreds of cars a day, and when it fails it costs you in repairs, liability, and the impression it leaves on every customer who pulls in. We build new lots to handle that load from day one, starting with the grading and base that decide how the whole surface performs once the traffic and the winters start working on it.

Drainage is where Michigan lots win or lose. Standing water freezes, refreezes, and tears a surface apart from the top down, and salt and plow blades finish the job. We engineer the grade and the catch points so water leaves the lot, build a base heavy enough for truck traffic, and pave with a mix and thickness matched to how the lot will actually be used. Heavier sections go where the trucks and dumpsters live.

Once the surface is down and cured, we lay out and stripe the lot for flow, capacity, and code, including ADA stalls, access aisles, and signage. We work with businesses, retail centers, churches, apartment communities, and industrial sites, and our own crew handles the whole build so the spec you approved is the spec that gets poured.
